These were fun, tasty as hell, and surprisingly more macro-friendly than I thought!
I made these today because
These were tasty, and the dip is a protein brownie batter dip that is DAMN. You have to try it.
You could make these a bit better macro-wise by taking out one of the tortillas or using lower-calorie wraps—either way, definitely worth a go.
You can always top these in any way you like, which is fantastic. So diverse! Nutella and banana combo would be unreal here.

  • 3 Mini Tortillas
  • 1.5 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1.5 tbsp Sweetener


  • 28 grams RYSE Loaded Protein
  • 8 grams Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sweetener
  • 10 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 30 grams Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 40 grams Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 10 grams Chocolate Chips


  • Combine your cinnamon and sweetener to create a low calorie cinnamon sugar
  • Cut your tortillas into mini corn chips and layout on a baking tray, dusting them with the "cinnamon sugar."
  • Place in the oven and bake for around 10 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Then remove to cool.
  • While your chips are cooling, begin making your dip by sieving your dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Add the yogurt and sugar-free maple syrup and stir to create your dip, then fold in your chocolate chips.
  • Wrap the nachos around your dip and decorate them as you please
