These were pretty easy to make like you almost can't mess them up.
Not only that, you can choose what kind of Oreo you have as a base! With some of the flavors getting around now, you could make this pretty wild flavor-wise!

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 4 Mini Oreos

Filling

  • 100 grams Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 50 grams Light Cream Cheese
  • 32 grams RYSE Loaded Protein
  • 1 tsp Gelatin Powder (dissolve in 1.5 Tablespoons of boiling water)
  • Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Grab four cupcake molds and put an Oreo biscuit in the bottom of each
  • In a blender, add Greek yogurt and light cream cheese. Blend
  • Remove from blender and add to a small bowl
  • Slowly fold in your selected protein powder in increments
  • Once all the protein powder is in, go ahead and add two tablespoons of boiling water to your gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved
  • Now that the gelatin has dissolved, add it to the cheesecake mixture and stir until combined
  • Have a quick taste test to see if you need any additional sweetener
  • Pour cheesecake mix on top of bases, and set in the fridge for 2.5-3 hours

CAN I FREEZE OREO CHEESECAKE? 

This cheesecake is perfect for preparing months in advance and freezing for later. Wrap well before refrigerating and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
