  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 30 grams RYSE Loaded Protein
  • 125 grams Egg Whites
  • 25 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon


  • Add egg whites, egg, almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder to a bowl and whisk to combine
  • Soak bread in mixture, being sure to soak up as much as possible
  • Carefully add to a preheated pan and cook for a couple of minutes on either side
