Alternatively, remove the egg and replace it with egg whites. You are boosting more protein and removing some fat! Or, again, changing the type of bread you use. If you can find low-carb bread, they tend to be lower calorie, so feel free to mix it up!

Ingredients
  

Protein French Toast

  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 30 grams RYSE Loaded Protein
  • 125 grams Egg Whites
  • 25 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add egg whites, egg, almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder to a bowl and whisk to combine
  • Soak bread in mixture, being sure to soak up as much as possible
  • Carefully add to a preheated pan and cook for a couple of minutes on either side
